Yes — with our Advanced and Full Automation packages, the chatbot integrates with your existing scheduling system (Calendly, Acuity, Google Calendar, etc.) to book appointments directly. For the Starter package, it collects the customer's preferred time and contact info, then you confirm manually.

Absolutely. You own your chatbot and can request changes anytime. If you're on a monthly maintenance plan ($100–$200/mo), updates are included. Otherwise, we charge a small fee for one-off changes. We can also give you access to update simple things like hours and menu items yourself.
Chatbots start at $500 for a Starter package (FAQ handling + lead capture). Our Advanced package with appointment booking is $1,000–$1,500, and Full Automation with email workflows and CRM is $2,000–$2,500. These are one-time setup fees — you own the chatbot. The chatbot platform (Botpress) has its own subscription starting at about $20–$89/month depending on your usage volume. You pay this directly to Botpress — we don't mark it up. Our optional maintenance retainer ($100–$200/mo) covers updates, monitoring, and optimization but is entirely optional. There are no hidden fees.
3–7 business days from our discovery call to a working chatbot. Starter bots are typically done in 3 days. Advanced and Full Automation packages take 5–7 days. You'll review and approve the bot before it goes live — we don't deploy anything without your sign-off.

Yes. The chatbot lives on your own Botpress account, which you own and control. If you ever want to stop working with us, your chatbot keeps running. We don't hold your work hostage — you can manage it yourself, hire someone else, or come back to us anytime.

Before work begins

Changed your mind after paying but before we've started building? Full refund, no questions asked. We'll process it within 3 business days.

50%

After discovery, before delivery

If you cancel after our discovery call but before we deliver the finished chatbot, you receive a 50% refund. We retain the other 50% to cover the planning and build time already invested in your project.

After delivery and approval

Once you've reviewed your chatbot, requested revisions, and given your approval, the project is considered complete. No refunds are available at this stage, as the work has been delivered to your specifications.

Our revision guarantee: Every package includes revision rounds (1–2 for Starter/Advanced, unlimited for Full Automation). If you're not happy with the chatbot, we'll keep working on it until you are. We only ask for your approval once you're genuinely satisfied with the result. If after all revisions you're still not satisfied, we'll work with you on a fair resolution on a case-by-case basis — we'd rather make it right than leave you unhappy.
How payments work: We send an invoice before starting work. By paying the invoice, you agree to these refund terms. We'll always send a clear written summary of what's included in your project so there are no surprises.
